beSharp supported Amada Engineering Europe (AEE) in the development of an Industrial IoT project. Through a servitization process, the company transformed its business model from selling industrial products to providing value-added services.

The Solution

An Industry 4.0 Platform.

beSharp developed an Industry 4.0 IoT platform, connecting the entire fleet of machines to the Cloud quickly and without significant hardware changes—even in environments with challenging connectivity conditions. Probes and sensors collect large volumes of real-time data on machine usage and wear, enabling the system to generate alerts and trigger timely corrective actions.

The software, delivered in SaaS mode, ensures OTA (Over-the-Air) updates and offers a scalable, resilient, and always-available service to end users.
