WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will join the beSharp team in a hybrid technical and managerial role, acting as a strategic point of reference for our top clients and as a bridge between customers and our internal technical team:

  • Strategic Advisory: Manage the strategic relationship with clients as a trusted advisor, mapping stakeholders and ensuring the success of their business through our solutions.
  • Technical Governance & Monitoring: Oversee the technical progress of projects while continuously monitoring KPIs, profitability, and the alignment between actual consumption and estimates.
  • Business Growth: Manage quarterly budgets and identify upselling opportunities (Support, Operations, Resell) based on the client’s real technological needs.
  • AWS Ecosystem Management: Manage relationships with AWS Account Managers and coordinate negotiations for funding programs.
  • Continuous Innovation: Drive the adoption of Generative AI by participating in workshops and helping clients transform AI potential into concrete solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a highly technical professional with a strong aptitude for leadership and communication.

You have a pragmatic, straightforward, and proactive approach, and you are comfortable operating in complex negotiation environments.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Project Manager working with AWS technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of the AWS ecosystem and related cost models.
  • At least one certification among AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified AI Practitioner (mandatory requirement).
  • Ability to perform technical analysis and read architecture diagrams.
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Availability to travel frequently to assigned client sites in order to strengthen on-site relationships.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Proven ability to use Generative AI productivity tools to optimize personal workflows.
  • Previous experience (even unofficial) in pre-sales or technical account management roles.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Permanent contract under the Italian CCNL Commerce agreement – 14 monthly salaries.
  • Gross annual salary ranging from €35,000 to €45,000 depending on seniority.
