WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll join a specialized Artificial Intelligence team, working closely with experienced colleagues and clients. You will:
- Apply DevOps and software engineering concepts to build AI-based systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Work with datasets for preprocessing and data cleaning.
- Collaborate with the team on requirements gathering and solution design.
- Conduct model scouting and fine-tuning for specific use cases.
WHO YOU ARE
You have a solid foundation in AI and software development, and are passionate about Cloud technologies and automation.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 1–4 years of experience in similar roles or a strong theoretical background and willingness to grow in this field.
- Strong knowledge of Python and major data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Strong communication skills (fluent Italian, English B2+).
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Permanent contract (CCNL Commercio – 14 monthly payments).
- Salary range: €28,000–€45,000 depending on seniority.
